EstatePartners is a multi-tenant, invitation-oriented platform used by real estate partner organisations to run agents, inventory, deals, and commissions in one structured system—instead of disconnected chats, forms, and spreadsheets.
What we built
Traditional CRMs stop at contacts and tasks. EstatePartners is designed around how channel partner companies actually earn: shared listings, governed onboarding, verifiable field activity, booking documentation, and commission rules that can be locked for audit. Your commission configuration stays private to your company; partners see their own earnings context—not other firms’ economics.
The marketing site explains the platform; it does not display live property inventory. Company Admins and Agents (associates) use authenticated workspaces to manage listings, connect with clients, and run deals. Company-level features include subscription plans, monthly platform-fee invoicing tied to SOLD activity, and role-appropriate visibility—so operations stay aligned with your agreement with the platform.

Inventory categories (workspace)
Listings are managed inside each company’s authenticated workspace—not on the public marketing homepage. Six investment categories (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Farmhouse, International, Hotel & Resort) help organise inventory for Admins and Agents working with their clients.
Partner & company onboarding
The platform supports a controlled onboarding model: partner enquiries, referral attribution, and company provisioning. Agents join under their organisation with roles and permissions that match how your network actually works.
KYC & compliance-ready workflows
Identity checks (including Aadhaar and PAN capture in profiles) gate sensitive actions such as unit locking and booking submission, so operations stay aligned with verification standards you define.
Leads, visits, locks, and bookings
Capture leads from multiple sources, move them through a pipeline, log site visits with evidence, place exclusive unit locks where your rules allow, and submit bookings with multi-cheque payment breakdowns and an admin review path.
Commission engine
Commission plans are versioned and auditable. The system supports a seven-level partner structure with differential (step) logic between levels, plus a royalty-style pool for senior leaders—so payouts reflect your published plan, not ad-hoc spreadsheets.
Administration & platform operations
Company admins manage users, properties, KYC, bookings, trainings, and commission configuration. A super-admin layer looks after multiple companies, subscriptions, billing, demo requests, and partner enquiries—built for SaaS-style operations.

Access is by application and invitation. Prospective channel partners submit interest from the marketing site; approved companies receive setup flows for admins and agents. Existing users can invite teammates via referral links aligned with your network tree.
