What's included
Platform fee uses marginal rates on your cumulative SOLD (all-time closed sales for your company). Each month's invoice charges the increase in fee from new sales — not per listing or agent.
Cumulative SOLD tiers
- ▸0.5% on cumulative SOLD up to ₹25 Cr
- ▸0.3% on the cumulative SOLD portion above ₹25 Cr up to ₹100 Cr
- ▸0.25% on cumulative SOLD above ₹100 Cr
Invoices are monthly; the fee for the month reflects how much cumulative SOLD moved through each tier.
GST (18%) is calculated on the platform fee amount — shown separately on your invoice.
Subscription is a one-time fee (excl. GST) + 18% GST. Your agreement and invoice are the commercial source of truth.
Platform fee uses 0.5% / 0.3% / 0.25% marginal rates on cumulative SOLD (tiers at ₹25 Cr and ₹100 Cr), invoiced monthly.
